After purchase, when will I be notified that my psychic has received my payment?

Accepted Answer

Once you have purchased a psychic reading from your preferred psychic, that psychic will be notified immediately by the merchant that they have received a payment from you for a psychic reading, specifying the amount paid and minutes purchased. The psychic will reply to the email associated with your PayPal account unless you've specified otherwise. Also, feel free to email your psychic to schedule your session as well.

Question 2

What if I pay and do not receive notification from my psychic to schedule?

If you purchase a psychic reading and do not receive notification from your preferred psychic within two hours, call our office anytime at (760) 408-7157 and we will make sure your chosen psychic is notified of your purchase and per your choice, calls or emails you (or both) to schedule your reading.

Question 3

What if my psychic is unable to schedule a time that is convenient for me?

Accepted Answer

If your psychic is unable to coordinate a time that is convenient for you both, ask your psychic to then refund your purchase and he or she will do so immediately, per your request. Remember to, you may always email your psychic prior to purchase to coordinate the time that best works for you both. Once you've established an appointed time, then feel free to proceed with your purchase.

Question 4

After I purchase a psychic reading, who calls who?

Accepted Answer

If you want your psychic to phone you, please remember to include your phone number on your PayPal purchase or in any email correspondence. We have had situations where the client had no contact information displayed on their PayPal receipt. Also, make sure your PayPal email address is current and be sure to check your spam/junk folder just in case your confirmation/reply winds up there. You may email your psychic as well to establish your preferences.
